We make it more than just an intern(ship).
Becoming part of a network that accelerates growth.
If we can't find the right creatives, there won't be a match.
One mind can make it good, multiple minds can make it extraordinary.
Junior creatives can apply or be recommended by teachers. They present their work, skills, methods, personality, motivation.
To validate and grade a junior's profile and work, we work with quality references from teachers and professionals.
Based on a company/project, we pre-select the best suiting creatives. We make team/duo combinations, validate them and present them.
The company will pick and the teams of choice and meet them through Skype. Both parties will agree on working together.
We help the juniors to prepare practical stuff. We help the companies to prepare for an international intern.
The first days abroad can be exciting but stressfull. We'll use alumni to introduce the juniors to the city and culture.
During the time abroad, we will expose the juniors to a network of co-creatives and professionals, for personal and professional support.
At the end, juniors will be able to introduce the next generation and receive a company reference to continue boosting their career.
Our own experience learns us that an experience abroad is extremely valuable. Important motivations are personal development (83%), learning about cultural diversity (65%) and improving your international resume (65%), as researched by EP-Nuffic. Besides, international development has become essential nowadays.
Also for companies, having an abroad intern can be just as valuable. International interns generally are highly motivated, flexible, dedicated and bring unique skills, approaches and ideas to the company.
