The project

Vision

International creatives can have new and unique ideas for company challenges. Perspectives from other culture are of great value.

More so, we believe in the power of collaboration. Focussing on selecting a multi-disciplenary team or duo, we want to provide abroad companies with the best international interns.

The best international working experience means more than just an working at an abroad company. It also means having a social network, as well as personal and professional support.

Concept values

International experience

We make it more than just an intern(ship).

A community

Becoming part of a network that accelerates growth.

Quality over quantity

If we can't find the right creatives, there won't be a match.

Teamwork

One mind can make it good, multiple minds can make it extraordinary.

So how does it work?

Selecting and matching talent

1. Application

Junior creatives can apply or be recommended by teachers. They present their work, skills, methods, personality, motivation.

2. Validation by references

To validate and grade a junior's profile and work, we work with quality references from teachers and professionals.

3. Matching teams

Based on a company/project, we pre-select the best suiting creatives. We make team/duo combinations, validate them and present them.

4. Meet & Recruit

The company will pick and the teams of choice and meet them through Skype. Both parties will agree on working together.

The international experience

5. Placement & Prep

We help the juniors to prepare practical stuff. We help the companies to prepare for an international intern.

6. First days

The first days abroad can be exciting but stressfull. We'll use alumni to introduce the juniors to the city and culture.

7. Support to grow

During the time abroad, we will expose the juniors to a network of co-creatives and professionals, for personal and professional support.

8. Leaving an impact

At the end, juniors will be able to introduce the next generation and receive a company reference to continue boosting their career.

Our motivation

Our own experience learns us that an experience abroad is extremely valuable. Important motivations are personal development (83%), learning about cultural diversity (65%) and improving your international resume (65%), as researched by EP-Nuffic. Besides, international development has become essential nowadays.

Also for companies, having an abroad intern can be just as valuable. International interns generally are highly motivated, flexible, dedicated and bring unique skills, approaches and ideas to the company.

Our focus on Dutch

The Netherlands is a breeding ground for innovation, creativity and design. Its high quality education system was ranked 7th best of the world by Universitas21. Dutch have the 2nd highest proficiency of English (EF EPI 2015) and also offer high level education in languages like German, French and Spanish.

Dutch creatives have a multi-disciplenary focus, adapt an experimental design approach and create concepts based on strong and simple ideas. Dutch creative education delivers broadly educated students, by adding technology, strategy, communication and business to their curriculum.
